connects people to explore the World. Meet4trip is fully owned by TripElate,
Inc. (referred further as we, us, our).
Meet4trip offers our clients ("Users", “you”) the
opportunity to create and store profiles, travelers, traveler groups and to
submit a trip request ("Trip Request") that includes contact
information and trip and travelers details which may be passed on to travel agents and destination experts
("Travel Agent") based on user's request. Using all collected information the Travel Agent,
who selected a specific Trip Request, fulfills the requirements of the User. The user also has an option
to create, book, and share his/her own itinerary.
If you book your itinerary with Meet4trip and have not previously
created a Meet4trip user login, we automatically create it for you to store your itinerary.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to view and use your itinerary.
Users must provide certain personal data ("Personal
Data") to us in order to submit a Trip Request. Such Personal Data
includes basic biographical information, such as your name and email address.
The other Personal Data such as your address, phone number, date of birth, passport
information is not required to submit a trip request, but is recommended to be
used through our website for accuracy and your convenience of ordering your
trip. We collect only Personal Data, which you provide to us through the
Meet4trip website.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data with
third parties for their promotional purposes.
We provide your Personal Data to Travel Agents to help fulfill
your Trip Request. Because we have limited control over such Travel Agents, the
collection and use of your Personal Data and other information by such Travel
Agents shall be subject to the policies and procedures of such Travel Agents
and not this Privacy Policy. You should instruct the Travel Agents directly
regarding your preferences for the use of your Personal Data by them.
In addition, we may use your Personal Data to communicate
with you about your Trip Request in the provision of our services.
If you use a blog or a forum on this Web site, you should be aware
that any Personal Data you submit there can be read, collected, or used by
other users of these blogs and forums, and could be used to send you
unsolicited messages. Please remember that any information you submit in blogs
and forums is public information and you should exercise caution when deciding
to disclose any of your personal information there. We are not responsible for
the Personal Data you choose to submit in the blogs and forums.
We may also release your Personal Data to persons other than
Travel Agents if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law
(e.g. a subpoena, court order, or other similar legal process or statutory
authorization) to apply or enforce our Terms and Conditions, to protect our
rights or property, to protect you from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of
the Meet4trip, or if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires
disclosure of such personal data.

important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical
security measures to protect any Personal Data from unauthorized access
and improper use.
Please note that despite our efforts to protect information
provided to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost,

number of countries and computers before being delivered - this is the nature

a Trip Request. We will not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under
thirteen (13) years of age.
We reserve the right to change how we handle the information we
collect and process through the Meet4trip at any time. We will update this
Privacy Policy to reflect any material changes and such changes will take
effect immediately once posted. We will notify you of these changes here or by
means of a notice on our home page. We encourage you to review this Privacy
Policy whenever you visit the Meet4trip or use any of our services to make sure
that you understand how your information will be used.
We give you the opportunity to modify your account information you
have provided to us at anytime by going to the My Account section of the
Meet4trip. Please contact our support for any help you may require to change
your Personal Data. Please note that changing or deleting your information will
only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of future
activities on the Meet4trip and for managing future communications from us.
These changes and deletions will not change information that we may have
already forwarded to Travel Agents, as provided above in this Privacy Policy.
