How to plan a trip
Use "Create New Trip" in the Trips menu or button "create new trip" on the home page. Fill in what you know about your trip and save.
How to use Travelers feature
You can create as many travelers as you want. These could be your family members, co-workers, or anybody else for whom you need to plan trips. It will be helpful for you to fill all the information available to save about a traveler, because it will let you re-use it for your next trip. This will make your trip planning very quick and easy.
How to use Groups feature
You can create as many groups as you wish combining travelers in a group the way they prefer to travel together. Having a group allows you to include multiple travelers in one trip at once.
How to connect to a friend
Go to "Invite Friends" button on the home page or go to Friends menu and include your friend's e-mail field and click "Submit".
If your friend is already registered with Meet4trip and has selected "Assign affiliation" in "My Account->Contact Info", your connection will be established right away.
If your friend is a registered Meet4trip user, but "Assign affiliation" is not selected in his/her "Contact info", your connection will need to be accepted by your friend.
If your friend is not a Meet4trip user, an invitation e-mail to join Meet4trip will be sent out.>
How to share trips, groups and travelers with friends
Friends, connected at Meet4trip, share travelers and groups: they can invite friend's travelers and groups to participate in their trips like those created by themselves. Friends' Travelers and groups are accessible from the Trips menu: "Create New Trip", "Edit Trip". The friends' trips can be viewed from the Friends menu option if the viewer selects a specific friend and the friend's trip can be viewed in details if at least one traveler of the viewer's travelers participated in the trip created by this friend.
How can I add/remove travelers?
You can change travelers participating in the trip at any time before trip is traveled in trip edit screen. However, if the bookings for your trip were made already, please check with your travel agent what fees maybe involved with making changes.
How can I change destination?
You can change/add/remove destination new trip. Once the trip was released to an agent, you can request a change by sending a message to your agent
If some trip segments were already booked, can I still make changes to the itinerary?
All changes to the booked trip segments should be arranged with your travel agent.
Why should I provide my first and last name?

"The first and last name you provide will be used

1. to properly address you at Meet4trip

2. for reservations and bookings of your trips

3. when you prepare travel with your friends at Meet4trip."

How can I release my new trip to a travel agent?
The Trip edit screen has a button in the right upper corner “Release to agent”. When you created and saved all the information about your trip, click this button to let travel agents know that you want them to work on your trip itinerary.
Can I release my trip to a particular agent?
Yes, you can if your travel agent is registered with us. You just need to provide travel agent's e-mail address in the corresponding field right below the “Release to agent” button.
How can I change travel agent?
If you are not satisfied with your travel agent, please select "Customer support" menu option and send an e-mail to Support@Meet4trip indicating the trip name and the reason why you are dissatisfied with your agent. The Meet4trip support team will manage the issue and assign a more appropriate agent for you.
Can I go back to the travel agent I worked with before?
Yes, you can. If you realized that your previous agent was better than the new one, please select "Customer support" menu option and send an e-mail to Support@Meet4trip indicating the trip name, the reason why you are dissatisfied with your current agent, and the name of the agent you want this trip to be assigned to. The Meet4trip support team will manage the issue.
What trip status NEW means?
Your trip is considered "new" until you release it to a travel agent
What trip status ORDERED means?
Trip has status "ordered" when you release it to a travel agent, and before a travel agent picks it up to work on.
What trip status ACTIVE means?
Trip becomes active when a travel agent is assigned to work on it
What trip status CLOSED means?
Trip status changes to "closed" when the trip is fully booked and ready for travel
What trip status COMPLETED means?
Trip status changes to "completed" after the trip's returned date is passed
What trip status CANCELLED means?
Trip status becomes "cancelled" if you decided not to travel at any piont during the trip preparation and select "Cancel" function
Are the travel professional services free?
Travel professional services are free for travelers when the traveler requests itinerary which allows a travel agent to earn commissions by selling the trip. If consumer orders only non-commissionable services, the travel agent has to request a fee for their work. For example, a trip ordered in USA, which does not contain lodging may require fee paid to the travel professional
