receive a quote and a sample itinerary from a local travel agent who can best
meet your needs for the trip.
Let’s go through an example.
Imagine that you are planning a two-week vacation to Russia.
You are interested in Moscow, since it’s the capital, as well as St. Petersburg
since you have heard that the museums and art galleries are a must see! From
your homepage, you enter the following request into our system:
1. Budget: $3,500
2. Duration: 2 weeks
3. Requested Destinations: Moscow, St. Petersburg
4. Interests: Museums, Art Galleries, Fine Dining
5. Hotel: No preference
6. Companions: 3 (no children), budget stated is per person
Meet4trip sends your request to our network of travel

aspects of both cities and your specific requirements prepares a quote and an
itinerary for you. If you love it, great! You can book straight away, if you
would like to see a few less museums and a few more art galleries, simply write
back with your request and receive a different iteration of your travel plans.
Don’t worry, your personal information is concealed and, if at any time you are
unsatisfied with what your agent is suggesting, you can elect to release your
request back into our system for a quote from a different agent.
